Product Description
It's commonly used for high pressure strong ventilation in industries such as smelting,glass,electroplating,ceramics,battery,radio etc and material handling of processing industries such as Grain,Fodder,mineral powder etc. It can also support the use of carton mechanical equipment,toughened glass equipment etc. The mediums which it transports are air,non-hypergolic gas,harmless gas,non corrosive gas, stickup substance is not allowed in the gas, usually temperature should not be higher than 80ºC when ventilating, particulate matter contained dust should not be bigger than 150mg/m3
Working principle
When impeller rotates, due to the effect of centrifugal force, wind van urge gas to move forward or outward and form a series of spiral movement. The air between impeller and blade turns into heliciform and accelerate rotation to squeeze the air outside the pump into side channel. After the air enter side channel, it will be compressed and returned to the area between impeller and blade and once again accelerate rotation. When air across impeller and side channel along a spiral path, every blade strengthen their compression and acceleration. The increase of kinetic energy of air further strengthen air pressure along the channel. When air arrives at the connection point between side channel and flange, it will be squeezed out of blades and expelled from pump through outlet.

7. Its mechanical wear is very little, there are no mechanical contact segments except bearing. That's why its service life is long, approximately five years under normal working conditions
Usage
When operating, electricity the motor consumes would increase by the enhancement of pressure and vacuum degree. Excessive current will cause contactor to fall off. To save electricity or prevent contactor from falling off, enlarge sectional area of air outlet as big as possible or install regulating valve of air pressure or air flow at air sucking or air exhausting side
